It is really hard sometime to interprete who we actually are..
Better evaluation is definitely from external...
Most of the time we are not who we think we are.. funny isn't it?
It is common that
We are who our friends are... as simple as that...
The idea is...
If we want to grow.. we need an access to information or knowledge that is useful.
In term of perception...
We need to be around people that have good perception, interpretation and positive.
The other idea is..
As we grow.. our knowledge pool grows as well
But we need to be careful on the knowledge that we gathered and the correctness of the knowledge and information...
So choose wisely :D
